The law has now passed in Federal Parliament to extend Single Touch Payroll (STP) to smaller employers i.e. those with 19 or fewer employees from 1st July 2019. If you are a small employer, you need to start getting ready to become STP-compliant. There are many ways this can be accomplished so don’t panic! At e-BAS Accounts, we will be researching every avenue open to our small employer clients and make the process as easy as possible for them. If you are reading this, and you are not one of our clients but would still like assistance or further information, please get in touch with us. We will update our blog with more information as it comes to hand on the issue of STP. The key message here though, is DON’T PANIC – leave the panicking to us!!
