Bookkeeping

  • Perform annual payroll review & reconciliation
  • Perform annual payroll finalisation via STP
  • Prepare and lodge monthly and annual payroll tax liability
  • Prepare annual workers compensation forms
  • Lodge employee Tax File Number declarations on your behalf

Superannuation

  • Prepare and lodge  superannuation guarantee obligations including Reportable Employer Super Contributions
  • Advise about, process and lodge the superannuation guarantee charge (SGC) on behalf of employers
  • Act as an authorised contact with the ATO in relation to SGC accounts, payment arrangements, penalty remissions, super audits and/or review activity
  • Provide advice about offsetting late payments of superannuation contributions against the SGC
  • Complete a late payment offset election section of the SGC statement

Budgets & More

  • Set up budget and cash flow forecast tools for you to use in your business or that we can maintain on your behalf
  • Migrate your current bookkeeping software to another software platform
  • Provide “catch-up” or “clean up” bookkeeping services if you have fallen behind
  • Provide troubleshooting and support services when needed

Software Training

All training is provided remotely and the sessions are recorded and provided to you for later use. 

We provide training in:

  • Xero
  • QuickBooks Online
  • Saasu
  • MYOB
